Resistant Starch 抗性澱粉
Recently i was reading through the website, doing some research about Resistant Starch.
Why i was looking for the information of RS is because the disease of high insulin in the blood. Foods with high resistant starch are good for this kind of disease. Because our body is not sensitive to the insulin so that after we eat, the body doesn’t needs to product more and more insulin in order to keep the blood glucose balance, otherwise, too much insulin may be product.
